As you would expect from one of the world's major airports, Heathrow has a comprehensive parking system with easy to follow signs, regular transfer coaches and the security you would expect when all car parks have been awarded Secured Car Park status. Secured Car Park is a scheme launched by The Association of Chief Police Officers and administered by the British Parking Association.

Heathrow caters for all kinds of parking needs including short stay, long stay, business, valet parking, help for people with special needs and parking for motorcycles and cycles.

As you are probably aware Heathrow has 4 terminals and each terminal has it's own short stay car park, plus an extra fifth short stay car park in the central area. The short stay car parks are operated by the NCP.

The long stay car parks serve all four terminals. The public long stay car parks are branded as Parking Express and operated by APCOA. There are also some private car park including Airways Cranford Parking, CPS Personal Parking, Economy Parking, Park & Fly, Park4Less, Pink Elephant, Purple Parking and Q-Park Flyaway. You should allow an extra 30 minutes if you are parking outside the airport.

Several of the private car parks offer a meet and greet service by meeting you at the terminal and then returning your car to you when you clear customs.

Heathrow also has good public transport links from London with the recently opened Heathrow Express running from Paddington, which will take you into the heart of the airport.
